How does the current number of talks come about?
On REDEZEIT FÜR DICH, users are completely anonymous from the moment they make contact with the listener to the moment they talk together. This creates space for trust and is an essential pillar of our support services. The number of conversations is based on an extrapolation. This extrapolation is made up of the results of regular anonymous feedback surveys and conversation evaluations in the group of listeners after the conversations and the result of Google Analytics.
We technically track how often links are clicked, e.g. emails, telephone or websites in the list of listeners. From this data, a prediction is made for all months using linear interpolation. If you have any questions about the method, please contact our team.
